Bangalore based multiple vertical industrial group having a group revenue of 3000 CR. is looking for a Head for their Real Estate Vertical.
Role Title : COO / Business Head- Real Estate Group
Role Purpose : Business Head Of Real Estate Group is responsible for building, managing & delivering higher revenue growth for Client as a business.
Reports To : CFO
Experience : 18-22 years in sales,marketing, Project Management, Procurement, monetization of assets in real estate space with 5 plus years as a COO for a Large entity with over 500 Cr of Annual Revenue
Qualification : B.E ( Civil ) + ICWA / CA/MBA ( Finance) from a ( Tier 1 / Tier 2 ) Premier Institute
Location : Corporate Office, Bangalore
Key Areas Of Responsibility And Accountability :
- Worked with Real Estate Group or Hospitality Group or Project Management Consulting (PMC such as JLL, CBRE, etc with Finance background)
- Maintaining and enhancing relationship with Partners, Agency & Clients
- Experience in dealing with Architects and Contractors and sound knowledge of commercials.
- Knowledge of handling International Investments Desirable. Hold have experience in monetizing the assets in the real estate standpoint
- Managing and delivering key projects for clients ( internal / external )
- Managing, mentoring, leading & training Direct Reports (Project Team / Non Project Teams ) for better performance.
- Preparing presentations, solutions and key offerings for new and existing clients to enhance the business
- Should have handled 5 or more Construction Projects worth 100Cr or more & should have handled Real Estate monetization of Rs. 300- 500 Cr over the last two years year on year
- Should have handled a team & should be well connected in the real estate space of buying / selling / monetizing both commercial / non commercial property and also Land Banks with ability to oversee projects at the same time.
- Must be based or willing to be based out of Bangalore only but expected to Travel for projects and project monitoring.
