Job Title: COO/ Head of Operations
Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic professional to join our team as the COO/ Head of Operations (Agro chemicals/specialty chemicals). As a leading chemical manufacturing company based in India, we are committed to delivering high-quality products while upholding safety standards and environmental sustainability.
Qualification and experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. A postgraduate degree in Operations Management or Business Administration is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 18 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably within the agrochemical/specialty chemicals manufacturing industry.
Age wise: early 50s.
