Responsibilities:
- Support sales team members with day-to-day operational activities, including sales order processing, contract management, and customer inquiries.
- Manage sales data and systems, including CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Generate and analyze sales reports and dashboards to track performance metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to sales leadership.
- Assist in territory planning, quota setting, and sales forecasting processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate sales training and onboarding activities for new hires, including sales process training, product/service training, and CRM training.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales collateral, presentations, and marketing materials to support sales initiatives.
- Manage sales incentive programs, including commissions, bonuses, and SPIFFs (Sales Performance Incentive Fund), and ensure timely and accurate payouts.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support sales enablement initiatives, including sales tool development, content management, and sales playbook creation.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to sales operations, and proactively recommend improvements to our sales processes and systems.
