- We are looking to hire, train, and develop sales talent through rigorous on-the-job experience. You must have the following criteria to qualify for this role.


- You have 1-2 Years of experience in a Digital Marketing/ Influencer Marketing Agencies and experience in servicing large media agencies like GroupM, Interactive Avenues etc


- You have developed great agency relationships with planners and buyers. You listen and understand brand campaign objectives, and can help problem-solve. You have strong convincing and networking skills.


- The ability to use your network ,build and grow relationships , opening up new client accounts, and drive measurable actions will be critical in this role. You enjoy challenges.


- Can meet critical project milestones and deadlines. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy. Strong learning mindset and ability to take feedback and show constructive progress.


Responsibilities: You will report to a senior sales manager/director who you will support for 1 year while learning the sales process at Convosight to become an independent Sales Manager.


- Develop sales : Understand organization strategy and executing plans to deliver on Sales Quota.


- Accelerate customer acquisition: Identify the Brands objectives and pitch value proposition for using Convosights platform. End-to-end Agency Management: Own sales funnel through outreach, onboarding, adoption, renewal, expansion, and loyalists. Work collaboratively across teams: Product, Technology, Growth and Marketing.


- Process Compliance: Adherence to all processes related to Sales Funnel reporting & tracking, Sales forecasting, etc. Evangelize the product: Best-in-class collaterals, case studies, and pitch propositions.


- Skills required: -Excellent communication skills, MBA is a must.


- A high degree of familiarity with digital platforms and digital ecosystem Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate Client (Brands) marketing objectives to internal customer success teams.
