Convosight - Financial Reporting Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

- The person would play a key role in driving the business reporting and would work as an enabler for business decisions by providing required financial reports. This includes, among other things, responsibility for financial metrics, reporting, forecasting and to help business in decision support through data analysis & business insight.

- The successful candidate will be strategic, analytical and have the demonstrated ability to effectively manage finances of a high-growth business including -

- Managing regular and tracking of Revenue & Receivables numbers and related metrices, proactively raising flags and facilitate regular reviews with Stakeholders

- Analyze financial and operational results to better understand company performance (e.g., GP analysis incl. Customer level GP, Activity level GP; Revenue analysis; Geographic analysis etc.)

- Facilitate financial reviews with business heads and work with them to ensure reporting of accurate financial numbers to stakeholders

- Performing ad-hoc business analysis and financial modelling

- Performing variance analysis between budgeted and actual numbers

- Preparing MIS, Financial statement and related reports

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

- CA/CPA/MBA with 4+ years of experience in financial reporting and analysis

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; and Presentational skills

- Adept at interpreting financial information to derive business insights

- Experience with prioritizing multiple requests and managing tight deadlines

- Highly motivated with strong sense of accountability, initiative, and a 'can-do' attitude

- Excellent ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written communications)

- Time management, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills :

- 4+ years of relevant experience in a financial reporting and analysis

- Strong hold on MS-excel and google sheets
