Enterprise Sales Analyst/Executive
Role Description:
- We are looking to hire, train, and develop enterprise sales talent through rigorous on-the-job experience. You must have the following criteria to qualify for this role.
- You have 1-2 Years of experience in a large Digital Marketing Agency catering to large consumer enterprises.
- You have developed great client relationships. You listen and understand customers's objectives, and can help problem-solve.
- You have strong analytical and quantitative skills. The ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, and and recommendations, and drive actions will be critical in this role.
- You enjoy challenges. Can meet critical project milestones and deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
- Strong learning mindset and ability to take feedback and show constructive progress.
Responsibilities:
- You will report to a senior sales manager/director who you will support for 1 year while learning the sales process at Convosight to become an independent Sales Manager.
- Develop sales plan: Envision strategy for business development and achieving Sales Quota.
- Accelerate customer acquisition: Identify the Brand's objectives and pitch value proposition for using Convosight's platform.
- End-to-end Client Management: Own sales funnel through outreach, onboarding, adoption, renewal, expansion, and loyalists.
- Work collaboratively across teams: Product, Technology, Growth and Marketing.
- Develop sales plan: Envision strategy for business development and achieving Sales Quota.
- Process Compliance: Adherence to all processes related to Sales Funnel reporting & tracking, Sales forecasting, etc.
- Evangelize the product: Best-in-class collaterals, case studies, and pitch propositions.
Skills required:- Excellent communication skills, MBA is a must.
- A high degree of familiarity with digital platforms and digital ecosystem - Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate
- Client (Brand's) marketing objectives to internal customer success teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
