Who are we looking for?
- You have 3-6 years of experience working in sales or business development. You have been a team player in the sales teams that have marketed and sold new ideas and concepts, ideally in the digital world. You understand the world of start-ups and scaling, and you get a thrill from chasing a revenue target.
- You have a solid foundation in sales principles and practices. The fast-growing sales/business development team at Convosight will look to you to bring your best practices, and learn on lead tracking, nurturing, closing and pipeline building.
- You enjoy great client relationships. You listen to, and understand customers, and partner them in problem-solving. You build long-term engagements that allow you to farm within large brands and companies, as also use the strength of your delivery to hunt successfully.
- You have strong analytical and quantitative skills. The ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions will be critical in this role.
- You work well with cross-functional teams. The success of the sales team is dependent on the ability of a team player to partner with other functional teammates to understand what the market needs, and continuously improve the product to better meet customer needs.
- You enjoy challenges. Can meet critical project milestones and deadlines. Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
