2. Position Data:

1) Goal of position (Why was this position created?):

- Develop and strengthen Automotive Controlling with reporting, forecasting and business partnering processes, templates and organization.

2) Formal prerequisites for the position (e.g. training, experience, education etc.):

- A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration

- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in controlling & reporting

- Growth mindset and with curiosity to learn

- Be motivated and proactive, willingness to evolve in the company and take on more responsibilities.

- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.

Position Description :

- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, able to communicate clearly and effectively

- Detail-oriented and with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines

- Strong knowledge and experience in Excel, Power BI, Business warehouse, SAP

3) Tasks (Description of main tasks):

- Prepare monthly analysis and dashboards to assess the financial and operational performances of Division Automotive for Asia / Pacific

- Prepare and further develop tools and processes to enhance accuracy of monthly forecasting

- Support forecast of the sales team and analyze variances

- Prepare and coordinate budget process and tools for Division Automotive across all sub-regions of Asia / Pacific.

- Ensure the alignment between Region and Division (HQ) during budget and forecast loops

- Act as business partner to senior stakeholders with relevant and accurate information to challenge and drive key decision-making processes.

- Identify opportunities across various business lines to ensure the effectiveness of Commercial strategy.

- Review balance sheet and analyze P&L.

- Support Director of Division Automotive and Management team in all financial matters.
