We have a current opening for a CONTROLLER PROJECTS & SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONS with one of the topmost Beverages MNC in India at their Corporate Office in GURGAON.

The Company sells in more than 150 global markets and operates 29 production facilities - for bottling, distilling and manufacturing - in 16 countries.
The Company has grown to include an impressive portfolio of premium beverage brands. In addition, the Company has more than 200 brands and labels.
About The Role:
Innovations management:
- Provide Project feasibility pre approval recommendation for any new product launch or geographical extension in scope of responsibility.
- Manage level 2 & 3 projects and represent Supply Chain function in Level 1 Innovation projects.
- Secure any Innovation new Demand is captured 3 months in advance through the S&OP process.
- Drive product switch for any design change ensuring on time launch and minimum write off.
- Control SKU portfolio proliferation and ensure phase in/phase out are correctly managed.
- Processes & Systems alignment and enhancement
Lead Supply Chain improvement programs:
- Lead Demand Driven Replenishment Program deployment and solution improvement for Plants in charge.
- Lead Flow deployment and continuous improvement together with Plants and Markets.
- Work with Plants supply chain teams to reduce lead times offered to customers.
- Responsible for all the supply chain planning processes including S&OP, Demand Planning, supply planning and logistics.
- Responsible for innovations specific cost reduction/ Value engineering/Projects/ Manufacturing Footprint expansion
Key Accountabilities And Responsibilities:
Sales & Operations Planning:
- Secure Supply and provide visibility through the supply chain
- Lead and improve S&OP process for plants under responsibility together with markets and global functions stakeholders.
- Balance Demand & Supply from Markets Demand down to suppliers- capacity in an anticipation mode and propose corrective actions when required.
- Address any supply disruption or conflict situation through consensus solution or recommendation for escalation. Ensure agreed plan modifications are implemented.
- Drive any stock allocation/order prioritization situation.
Define, control and reduce end to end Inventory:
- Assess and update on a bi annual basis all relevant Markets and Plants safety stock policy and targets.
- Define in collaboration with Procurement and Plants Supply Chain the right levels of inventory for materials.
- Provide input to Finance team to ensure correct provisions Budget planning.
Ensure Systems accuracy and development:
- Responsible to maintain Supply Network Planning (SNP) within the global planning system (APO) in order to provide visibility of the full business through the supply chain.
- Develop Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tool, ensure standardization and develop Supply Chain community expertize.
- Support and participate to all SAP project implementation waves specifically on Planning and Inventory management areas.
- Implement best practices sharing of key Planning systems functionalities: MRP, PPDS, Product switch management etc.
Measure Supply Chain performance:
- Develop, maintain and broadcast relevant set of KPI to control Supply Chain performance (inventory, lead time, Planning Adherence, Replenishment Performance etc.)
Candidate Profile :
Graduate (Pref Engineer) with an MBA with well rounded experience in Project Management and Supply Chain. 12 to 15 Years experience in Handling project management, Greenfield/ Brownfield projects, SCM Planning, Demand and Supply Planning, Managing and developing 3P Manufacturing sites in FMCG/ Foods/ Beverages/ Liquor and Dairy industry will be ideal.
Salary: Very competitive (Around Rs.38.0 lpa)
