Roles & Responsibilities :

Job Responsibilities :

- Monitor the Data Quality performance of the whole network for the assigned account

- Follow up the completion of corrective action

- Identify shipments require interventions

- Follow up closely with Operations / Destinations / Origins to rectify the data issues

- Troubleshoot data with technical issues and ensure accountability for resolution

- To work with Regional team on data quality related matters and sharing of challenges

- Attend to queries from SIN Operations / Entities on inbound and outbound with regards to events/milestones and deviation with reason codes

- Drive service delivery alignment with KPI

- Alert users on discrepancies & escalate recurring issues to management

- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned

Job Requirements :

- Experience in Freight Forwarding

- Must be able to work independently and as well as a team player.

- Strong knowledge about computer applications and relevant software

- Strong analytical, conceptualization and problem-solving skills

- Process Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
