Roles and Responsibilities

- Tracking of trucks over application

- Identifying the problems and segment them in various categories as per the location and movement of truck like: green, red, orange

- Problem identification.

- Leading team of 5-7 members.

- Coordinate with truck owners for smooth movement.

- Coordinate with truck shipper for delivery.

- Coordinate with truck Drivers.

- Providing Resolution over problem.

Skills Required

- Problem Solving.

- Fundamentals of computer.

- Technically skilled.

- Knowledge of Ms office.

- Good Communication skills.
