JOB PURPOSE
- Coordination with circles on various schedules and reporting
- Holder of LOA compliance for SBU 2-4
- Facilitate financial reporting and other reporting towards better controls, supervision and monitoring of operations
- Support business in getting approvals to incur business opex to facilitate operations.
- Closure tracking of Internal Audit action plans
- Carry out need based special projects towards better financial reporting and discipline

Key Performance Indicators are the measurement parameters and target which define your accountabilities and responsibilities.
1. Compliance and Governance
- Ensuring financial discipline in the Circles
- Ensuring compliance with financial policies of the company and other statutory requirements
- LOA Compliance & ensuring NO deviations
- Ensure Internal and Statutory Audits completion as per Corporate Calendar with minimum audit observations.
- Taxation – attend assessments, reply to notices, engage retainers, coordinate with corporate tax team
2. Financial Reporting and Consolidation
- Variance analysis reporting to facilitate timely closure of monthly financials.
- Financial pack consolidation to facilitate financial reporting of circle financials
- Review of Provisions, Monthly Packs, Schedules, BRS etc.
1. Control based Reporting
- Compliance level reporting of various controls parameters of circles e.g. Devices, inventory, collection/receipts, channel partners, BSNL receivables, exceptions etc.
- Closure tracking of Internal Audit action plans & reporting
2. Contract Review
- Evaluation of all contracts impacting the SBU,
- Maintenance of record of review done of contracts
3. Special Projects
- Carry out need based special projects for better controls, accounting, financial discipline etc
Educational Qualifications, Relevant Experience & Relevant Industry Experience
- Chartered Accountant
- Experience of 8-10 yrs in Accounting/Finance/MIS/Budgetary Controls
- Telecom/FMCG industry experience
Technical and Behavioral Skills
- Must have accounting background
- Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
- Knowledge of SAP
- Good leadership and inter personnel skills
- Sound communication, presentation and reporting skills
- Excellent co-ordination skills
