Contractual - Communication Specialist - IT

Location - Noida

This is a contractual assignment for six Months.

Profile:

- Support the HR based communication for the company ( Employee Headcount 11,000 ).

- Develop and manage the HR homepage, intranet portal of the company

- Write web content, features, leadership blogs, business presentations and other communications materials .

- Develop and manage content for employee policies and customer newsletters.

- Internal Branding to reinforce the brand identity and values.

- Build robust communication channels to ensure consistent messaging across the company and ensure all communications are consistent with company's brand positioning .

- Driving employee engagement activities through HR support .

Desired Candidate Profile

- Should have 5 -8 years experience in the IT / Technology / telecom industry

- Excellent exposure to Internal communication and Employee communication
