We represent one of India's largest Conglomerates into Mining (accredited with ISO and BS OHSAS) Group Company where we are looking for the subject matter position. (Budget is OPEN for deserving candidates depending upon "present salary" & Interview evaluation.)

Few important pointers for shortlisting will be as follows :

- Bachelor's Degree - Engineering Graduates preferred. Preferably BE/BTech from a reputed institute. Additional qualifications would be an advantage.

- Candidates from blue chip companies and who have handled NAVRATNA's/big PSU's/EPC's is "preferable" .

- Overall around 7+ years plus of experience in relevant fields.

- Pleasing personality with excellent communication skills.

- Strong social networking skills and client handling skills.

- Exposure to a high level of service standards.

- Demonstrable expertise of full proof documentation and recovery as per Contract.

- Claims, Post Award Contract Management and Recoveries exposure are the most crucial aspects of the Job.

- Willing to relocate/based out of/to site in Jharkhand (Near Hazaribagh)

JOB DESCRIPTION (INDICATIVE ONLY):

- Study Contract and prepare Risk-Mitigation analysis and to document the same.

- Ensuring statutory compliances working hand in hand with other departments.

- Compliance of contractual requirement and attributes to understand business.

- Making Correspondence with client to fulfil contractual obligations.

- Drafting contractual correspondences, protecting contractual interest of the organization, representing the Company as per requirements.

- Review and reply to various important correspondences/communications in keeping with Contract conditions.

- Preparation of contracts, agreements, amendments and change orders as per requirements.

- Ensure all notices and the like are prepared and forwarded to the Client as specified in the contract.

- Identification, preparation and submission of various Claims & Variations including substantiation.

- Ensure all sub-contractor claims, extensions of time and variations are checked and proper advices given.

- Maintain contractual records such as receipt and control of all contractual correspondences, customer contact information sheet etc.

- Exposure to Arbitration / ADR mechanism desirable.

- Willing to understand and study.

- Devising and implementing documentation system including maintenance ensuring traceability.

- Understanding different types and different versions of contract.

- Making Contract Appreciation Documents (CAD)

- Maintaining interdepartmental rapport.

- Ability to listen and logical thinking.

- Dynamic and problem-solving abilities.
