Contracts lawyer

Job responsibilities :

1) Handling drafting, reviewing negotiating and finalising contracts.

2) Type of contracts would include supply contracts, vendor contracts, service provider contracts, staff augmentation contracts, consultancy contracts, sub-contractor contracts, customer contract experience, consortium contracts and other procurement contracts including addendums, SOW, work orders etc. on behalf of customer/clients or service recipients in those contracts.

Candidate requirements :

- LLB with1-2 years experience in law firms or companies - Airline contracts experience preferred

- Candidate should have experience in corporate commercial advisory, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
