1. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts (SaaS/Software licenses /IT agreements - seller side)

2. Lead negotiations and handle contracts for the clients.

3. Stakeholder management including continuous interactions with multiple stakeholders, business and departments.

4. General corporate advisory and statutory compliances.

5. Ability to learn quickly, work independently in a constantly changing and sometimes ambiguous and ambiguous environment and make sound decisions.
