- Contract Management, Arbitartion, contract compliance, Legal Background, Travelling Must.

- Legal Background is a must

- Strong exposure in contract execution

- Abel to handle Legal issue that comes out of such projects

- Analyzing tenders, commenting on contracts

- Contract mgmt - execution of projects

Drafting contracts:

- Provide clear contractual analysis and advice to project team on matters concerning contractual obligations, contract risk, and claim management

- Participate in Project Handover Workshops and Project Review Meetings

- Draft opinions/scenario analysis and extending support in litigation, collaborating with the external counsels

- Ensure contract compliance

- Review correspondence prior to issue to the customer and draft official correspondence

- Monitor claim-relevant events within project execution

- Keep claim-relevant records and establish and conduct claim tracking and reporting

- Extend support to Project Manager and Commercial Project Manager in contract and claim related matters like extension of time, change orders, liquidated damages, termination of contract, etc. and participate in related negotiations

- Support the Business Partners in active and passive claim management by analyzing the contract with regard to the contractual foundation of the respective claim

Qualification: - LLB / B.E / B.Tech.
