Support local management to achieve their vision for Continuous Improvement
Contributing to the development and implementation of continual improvement standards within the location
Support improvement efforts in the location across the value chains
Train team leaders and team members in the location to develop their skills and improve their experience enabling them to internalize a Continual Improvement mind-set
Support unit heads, section heads and team leaders in order to ensure the development and implementation of improvement targets and roadmaps according to our Continual Improvement transformation program.
Identify cross location and cross unit topics to improve overall productivity and eliminate waste and conduct improvement projects accordingly
Cooperate with all stakeholders (e.g. Continual Improvement experts in other locations, process /value stream owners, location heads, unit heads) and strive for the best solution for the company value chains.
Create periodic formal presentations on project implementation progress to management.
Participate in team meetings, document clear actions and enable timeline achievement.
Handle information with parties during feedback sharing and drive enhancements.
About the team:
To support operational leaders in identifying and implementation of change approach and process improvements
Support to manage Continuous Improvement (CI) & Change Excellence (CX) initiatives/projects
Offer technical expertise on methodologies (like BPM, Lean), tools and practices, incl. training
Participate & contribute in company's Bangalore' vision for Continuous Improvement Program.
Review business processes for enhancing effectiveness and benchmark with Industry Best Practice.
Support enabling processes with continuous improvement techniques for performance optimization.
About You:
Minimum 5 - 7 years working experience in consulting environment/ shared service set up in FS/ domain.
Experience in Change management, Lean, Continual Improvement and Operational Excellence Initiatives
Good exposure to operations management and Project Management
Exposure to multi-cultural and dynamic work environment
Post-Graduation in Business management with certification in change management and process improvement (preferred)
Able to make decisions within the parameters of the role and explain the business rationale behind decisions, demonstrating a methodical/rational process for decisions.
Structured/well organised with strong analytical skills and problem solving attitude
