Contingent Workforce Program Leader - Management Consulting & Technology Firm

Our client is one of the leading management consulting and technology firm.

The Contingent Workforce Program Operations Leader will enhance our supplier management strategies and optimize all processes related to the contingent workforce lifecycle. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing best practices that improve supplier relationships, streamline onboarding, and ensure compliance throughout the entire contingent workforce lifecycle. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams and work with various internal and external stakeholders at all levels on both strategic and operational HR initiatives.

They currently use Beeline to on-board contractors but have not rolled out its full VMS functionality. The successful candidate will need to transform and build their contingent management strategy, identify the appropriate delivery model, and upgrade our technology platform and our supplier base.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Contingent Workforce program management with a minimum of 5 years in complex, global organizations. Prior experience working in professional services organization is highly desired

- Client-focused and committed to the continuous improvement of relationships with all levels of management and employees (cross-functional)

- Must have experience leading large-scale, enterprise-level software implementations, particularly within contingent workforce or talent management systems

- Demonstrated success in managing Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as SAP Fieldglass or Beeline, with corresponding experience integrating these platforms into HR ecosystems
