Technical Center India provides Research and Software Support to the Continental world in enhancing their competitiveness in their product and services portfolio. With 1500 engineers, our Bangalore facility is aiming faster growth in the years ahead. To support, this we are in the look out for passionate HR professional with the following profile

Education : Engineering graduate + MBA in HR specialization with an impressive academics pedigree.

Experience : 1 - 2 years of exposure in HR functions

Role overview :

To support in Talent development initiatives, process benchmarking, conceptualizing HR initiatives for effective employee engagement at the Continental R&D Center
