Continental Carriers - Business Analyst - Sales & Marketing Domain

We are looking for a Business Analyst (Sales& Marketing) to join our Market Intelligence team. He/She will report to Country Sales Head and will work closely with Corporate Management and Marketing Firms.

Following will be the major responsibilities:

- Monitoring and analysing competition activity, customer, and market trends.

- Analysing inputs from Marketing agency, Social media platforms and other resources

- Designing marketing roadmap of the company and assisting in strategy formulation

- Providing actionable insights to support Sales and Customer Service teams.

- Analysing company's performance vis a vis the market and industry performance

- Devising periodic sales projections

Requirements:

- Good analytical skills to search & analyse industrial data through open sources and transform them into useful information.

- Advanced Excel and computing Skills

- Knowledge of SQL, Python, Power BI tools and/or other visualization tools

- Graduate with a background of Maths /Commerce till 12th , is preferred

- 1-3 years of relevant experience is required

- Knowledge of Project management tools is desired

- Experience in supply chain, logistics and/or freight forwarding industry, is preferred
