Job Description:
1. Gather and synthesize product requirements from multiple stakeholders - clients, internal teams and engineers
2. Document the requirements for the engineering team
3. Create and update product documentation (both for internal and external use)
4. Monitor the market, competitor activities and make recommendations that will be used in decision making
5. Work with the Product Manager to help maintain a healthy and well-articulated Product Backlog
6. Collaborate with engineering team to help deliver product features in an agile environment
7. Help in providing the solution to new use cases by understanding customer requirements
Requirements:
1. Engineering graduate with 2+ years of experience
2. Exceptional writing skills to articulate product requirements
3. Outstanding interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and ability to ask the right questions
4. Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
5. Understanding of agile software development lifecycle methodologies and participation in agile ceremonies, including daily scrums
6. Strong analytical mind with the ability to understand complex problem statements and map them to the most appropriate solutions
7. Proficiency with Jira and experience with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
8. Familiarity with framework-based prioritization techniques for effective prioritization of roadmap items
