Pharma Research Analyst/Senior Research Analyst

Job Description:

Platform curation:

- Review and analyse the content sourced on the Contify platform and publish the content most appropriate to the project scope and coverage

- Create newsletters by sourcing articles from the Contify platform

- Liaison with the technical team to report any bugs/suggest productivity enhancement measures for the platform

Research and analysis:

- Conduct sourcing, analysis, and reporting of published information, be it scientific, clinical or commercial

- Collaborate with other members of the project team to analyse findings, develop insights and implications

Project Execution/Management:

- Engage with client and project teams to identify and address project bottlenecks

- Share continuous process improvement ideas and demonstrate solution-oriented approach toward work

- Ensure best customer service experience by coordinating with other team members involved in the project and ensuring timely quality work

Client Communication:

- Conduct written and verbal communication with clients to update on project progress and resolve queries

- Conduct client walkthrough for reports/analysis prepared

Requirements:

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Tech Biotech graduate with at least 1 year experience in Healthcare/Life Science market and competitive intelligence

- Should have a experience in secondary research in Healthcare/Life Science domain

- Primary research experience is not relevant

- Experience in working across databases such as Clinicaltrials.gov, PubMed, Drugs@FDA, Orange Book, etc.

- Functional/Technical Skills: Good MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills
