ROLE SUMMARY:

Position: Pharma/life sciences business research

Function/Team: Market Intelligence Team

Location: Delhi

Reporting to: Manager/Senior Manager

Working Hours: 9 Hours per day with 5 days a week.

Travel: No

ABOUT THE TEAM:

This market intelligence team at Contify helps clients in tracking and developing business insights for their competitors, clients and suppliers on a real-time basis. To achieve this, the team uses a mix of methods, including traditional market research and proprietary platform of Contify to gather information and a variety of tools to conduct in-depth analyses. The market intelligence team serves clients across industries and geographies.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management:

- Conduct secondary source data/ insights search

- Ensure complete management of client engagements including design, planning, client management, people management, evidence collection, analysis, and reporting.

- Ensure best customer service experience by coordinating with other team members involved in the project and ensuring timely quality work

- Conducting QC checks on outgoing deliverables

- Collaborate with other members of the project team to analyse findings, develop insights and implications, and create client presentations that deliver a linear, evidence-based story on the topics in focus

- Contribute to sourcing, analysis, and reporting of published information, be it scientific, clinical, commercial, corporate, or market, investor events (covering them both live and offline)

Platform curation:

- Read, understand and analyse the content sourced on the Contify platform and publish the content most appropriate to the client use case.

- Create Market Intelligence newsletters by sourcing articles from the Contify platform and outside (if required)

- Liaison with the technical team to report any bugs/suggest productivity enhancement measures for the platform

WORK EXPERIENCE:

- At least 8 year in pharma / life sciences business research

- Should have a experience in secondary research in pharma / LS domain (primary research experience is not relevant)

- 3+ years of relevant experience in MedTech

- Experience in working across databases such as Clinicaltrials.gov, PubMed

- Candidates with experience of working in the Middle-East, LATAM and APAC markets will be highly preferred.

- Functional/Technical Skills: Advanced MS PowerPoint and excel skills

- Experience in an Industry/work: 8+ years of experience in business research firms

EDUCATION/PROFESSIONAL TRAINING :

- Graduate: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

- Post-Graduate: Masters or bachelor's degree in the healthcare related field

- Language skills: Effective written & verbal communication skills in English
