Job Description:
- The Manager - Human Resources will play a crucial role in driving Contify's HR strategy, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance.
- Working closely with hiring managers, this role involves crafting talent acquisition strategies, supporting HR policies, managing performance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- You will be instrumental in ensuring our HR processes align with Contify's values and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
- Develop and refine job descriptions, ensuring alignment with role responsibilities.
- Identify effective recruiting methods and attract high-caliber candidates.
Onboarding & Development:
- Conduct employee onboarding sessions and organize training and development initiatives.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and support continuous learning opportunities.
Employee Engagement & Satisfaction:
- Address employee issues promptly to enhance job satisfaction.
- Implement perks, benefits, and team-building activities to improve engagement.
Performance Management:
- Handle performance evaluations and assist in feedback processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in employee performance and productivity.
Compliance & Record-Keeping:
- Ensure HR processes are compliant with labor laws and regulations.
- Organize and maintain accurate personnel records and internal databases (leaves, attendance, etc.
HR Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare employment contracts, new hire guides, and other HR documents.
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics for leadership.
Employee Support & Payroll Coordination:
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR-related matters.
- Support payroll with accurate employee information on leaves, sick days, and schedules.
Special HR Projects:
- Participate in HR initiatives, such as organizing job fairs and other talent acquisition events.
Requirements:
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in HR within IT, software, research, or consulting industries.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong verbal and written communication, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude and a deep understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of employment/labor laws and technical recruitment methods.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
Education:
- Bachelor's in Technology (B.Tech) or an MBA in Human Resources.
