Contify - Analyst - Solutions & Delivery

The role

Contify customers find great value in a hybrid system, which uses best of both the technology platform and human analysts. Contify provides analyst support and managed servers. This includes solutioning (configuring the Contify platform according to the requirements), preparing research products such as intelligence newsletters, market landscape and benchmarking reports, battle cards, etc.

We are looking for analysts with research experience and customer-centric mindset. You must have the ability to understand client needs and problem statements and design solutions around it.

You'll be responsible for the following:

- Configure Contify's M&CI platform as per the use case.

- Work closely with the sales team to help them convert sales leads into paying customers by giving customized product demos, free trials and pilot projects.

- Perform feasibility checks on projects

- Create pre-sales presentations and handle RFPs, RFIs

- Provide support in HR, IT, Finance and Legal & Compliance matters related to the solution and insight's function.

- Drive continuous improvements, knowledge sharing, training/on-boarding, and suggest best practices across the teams.

- Help in the development of product roadmap and business strategy based on the insights from customer engagements.

- Execute ad-hoc projects assigned by the leadership team

Desired skills and experience

- Experience in providing research services to multiple clients across sectors.

- Intellectual curiosity/interest in technology and its applications in automating manual work and research processes.

- Organised and structured mind, with excellent time management skills: capable of handling multiple priorities and working under tight deadlines.

- Ability to think through ambiguous situations and problem statements.

- Strong oral and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

- Master's degree in Business + Graduation in BE/B.Tech/MCA/BCA.
