Job Summary :
- We are seeking a talented Content Writer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for writing engaging and informative Marketing content for our BPO services and solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in writing and managing high-quality Marketing content for digital channels, including social media, blogs, and websites in the BPO industry.
- This is a work-from-office, 6-days-a-week role in our headquarters in Gurgaon.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create engaging and informative Marketing content for our BPO services and solutions, including blogs, social media posts, case studies, articles, whitepapers, videos, and other marketing collaterals
- Develop a roadmap for our participation in BPO awards, forums, and other industry events and cover our participation with 360 insightful content
- Conduct research and interviews to gather information for content creation. Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to ensure that content is accurate, informative, and relevant
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and topics relevant to our target audience. Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and buyer personas
- Optimize content for SEO and other digital marketing channels to increase visibility and engagement
- Brainstorm ideas for our marketing calendar and ensure that relevant content is delivered on time and meets our quality standards
- Work with graphic designers, developers, and other team members to ensure that content is visually appealing and engaging
- Manage scheduling of posts, videos, content all our digital channels and engage in audience comments and queries
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of content marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in content marketing and the BPO industry
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and readability
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in content writing pertaining to Marketing in the BPO industry
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, blogs, and websites
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative Marketing
