The company is co-founded by 3 IIT-D alumni and a serial entrepreneur with a committed capital of 100Cr. In the first year of operations, they have built the largest revenue generating online program in India (PG Diploma in Data Analytics) and the largest enrollment online program in India (Start-up India learning program).


The company is creating a new digital-first learning experience and delivering tangible career impact to individuals at scale.


We are looking for a Content Strategist (Digital Marketing), who knows how to get into the minds of an audience and produce content which will resonate with our client's and their customers.


Key Responsibilities:


- Developing world-class content for online courses on technology, entrepreneurship and management in partnership with industry experts and top academicians


- Building and managing content strategies for clients right from conceptualization to delivery


- Communicating with clients and understanding their goals, strategy, and results


- Completing discovery processes for clients and identifying potential opportunities for growth and improved performance


- Actively participating in brainstorming sessions, presentations, and team meetings


- Leveraging customer research, personas, journey maps, - test and learn,- as well as quantitative and qualitative data to develop strategic content that targets user needs and supports the business


- Providing design direction to graphic designers as needed


- Quickly learning complex concepts and ensuring quality of content, instructional design and overall course experience


- Developing and implementing strategies for content migration during comprehensive or incremental upgrades in future


- Identifying how content could be modularized for automatic and dynamic reuse across channels to meet customer needs and ensure relevancy


- Planning and executing student competency assessment and engagement to ensure extraordinary learning experience


- Being the interface between faculty and student, to make the students online learning experience more engaging


Candidate Profile:


- Graduates from Tier 1 engineering colleges (IITs, BITS, NITs) or Tier 2


- MBA from reputed B Schools also preferred


- Smart, curious people who enjoy learning topics like product management, digital marketing, statistics etc. and would love to 

dive deeper and design content on them


- Passion for learning and teaching and having great learning outcomes


- Interest in MOOCs is a great plus


Salary offered: 10 - 15 LPA
