1. To strategize, lead and inspire the curation of best-in-class content for company's target audiences.
2. Build an annual plan in lines with annual business goals, which drives the growth, development, and execution of content strategy across channels - App/Site, CRM, Paid Marketing.
3. Development of editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone.
4. Analyze efforts against set KPIs and report results with actionable insights, recommendations and growth strategies.
5. Be the Custodian of the content calendar for the company, and maintain, refresh and create relevant stories to ensure functionality, content relevancy, and consumer engagement.
6. Be accountable for content marketing initiatives for all marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and leads in order to deliver sales and customer retention.
7. Partner with Creative and external agency teams to build content assets needed for campaigns.
8. Manage a content asset library and work with product and offline sales team to refresh and update the library every quarter.
9. Review governance and workflow approaches to ensure that content flow and process is smooth, optimized, timely and efficient.
10. Serve as the main POC for all content-related matters; aligning and collaborating regularly with multiple teams, ensuring full transparency regarding project status and timelines
