About L&T SuFin:

L&T SuFin is a B2B Ecommerce Platform which will leverage L&T's deep knowledge and capabilities in Procurement (through its huge volume of annual procurement) and Logistics, Financing, and IT solutions. This platform is essentially a digital marketplace for SME buyers and sellers (mainly focused on construction and industrial products & services) to connect in an efficient manner, thereby enabling sellers to expand their sales reach, and for buyers to find required products and services at optimal cost and quality.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned Sr. Content Strategist to oversee and drive all content creation efforts for L&T-SuFin. This role is ideal for a content enthusiast who can balance hands-on writing with managing agency partnerships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality content that supports brand positioning, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:

- Oversee and manage all content writing activities, including blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, and website content.

- Work closely with content writing agencies to ensure high standards of quality, consistency, tone, and style across all content.

- Write and edit high-quality content that positions L&T-SuFin as a thought leader in the B2B e-commerce industry.

Content Planning & Strategy:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with brand and - marketing goals.

- Contribute to content strategy discussions, identifying key themes and topics that resonate with our B2B audience.

Content for Campaigns & Digital Channels:

- Create engaging and persuasive content for multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, and social media.

- Develop and refine website and app microcopy, focusing on user engagement, clarity, and conversion.

Editorial Oversight & Quality Control:

- Ensure all content produced by agencies adheres to brand guidelines and is free of errors, delivering a consistent and professional brand voice.

- Conduct regular content reviews and optimize pieces for readability, SEO, and audience engagement.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

- Track content performance metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.

- Conduct keyword research and collaborate with the SEO team to optimize content for search engines.

Qualifications:

- Degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

- Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in content writing, with strong experience in B2B content.

- Proven expertise in writing and editing a variety of content types, with a strong portfolio of B2B content.

- Strong ability to manage agency relationships and ensure the alignment of content with brand strategy.

- Proficiency in content management systems and basic understanding of SEO principles.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics.

- Experience in content performance analysis and optimization.

- Knowledge of UX writing and best practices for digital content.
