Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced, dynamic, and creative Content Strategist to join our team at Apptunix. As a Content Strategist, your key responsibility will be to maintain a strategic direction in each content piece - whether blogs, infographics, or videos - to strengthen our brand's voice. You will also determine the best content formats to ensure high consumer engagement while generating leads to attract potential prospects. Objectives of this Role:
- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our organizations goals.
- Create a comprehensive content calendar to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend ways to improve future content performance.
- Create and manage relationships with external content creators and influencers.
- Work with the legal and compliance team to ensure content complies with governance guidelines and policies.
Your Tasks:
- Own the content strategy for the website and manage the entire content creation process from ideation to publication.
- Identify trends, content gaps, and target audience preferences.
- Ensure content creation for different platforms and distribute it across multiple channels.
- Develop and analyze essential KPIs and metrics of content performance in collaboration with the data and analytics team.
- Guide the content production team on SEO optimization, video editing, and graphic design to make content user- and search-engine-friendly.
- Stay updated with industry trends and algorithm changes affecting content and marketing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Masters degree in marketing or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in content creation, strategy building, and content marketing.
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS) like HubSpot.
- Working knowledge of search engine marketing (SEM).
- Exemplary interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent planning and management skills to oversee multiple content campaigns.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Good understanding of user behavior and user experience design.
- Familiarity with email marketing and social media marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of best practices to enhance user experience (UX).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword research.
- Ability to work with customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation software.
