Content Specialist - L&D.
Brief summary on role :
- Manage the content team comprising Learning Design, Media Design, Learning Management System (LMS), Product and System & Process SME, and Vendor Management teams.
- Set up a platform for content and digital learning for Instructional Design and Course Writing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather learning and performance support requirements and present solutions to seek alignment.
- Develop a role-based competency framework.
- Design and develop various forms of content, such as ILTs, WBTs, performance support tools, assessments and blended learning resources.
- Designed and deliver learning design solutions based on business needs.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Experienced in handling multiple SME's and stakeholder management.
- Must be in a Strategic and Leadership role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of emerging technologies and learning frameworks.
- Must have team-management experience.
