Role: Content Marketing
This role requires someone who is passionate and driven about building great brand stories with an ability inspire and influence our audience through quality content. The impact and success will be based on the ability to ideate and develop high quality and compelling content, and the dexterity to work seamlessly across multiple projects. It will require someone who can write content basis a deep understanding of our audience and work closely with the art team to deliver impactful content.
This position will directly report into VP-Marketing.
Job Description
- Own the content strategy and roadmap for all the product and marketing efforts
- Manage a network of writers and agencies to produce content across all channels social, blog, website and more
- Create and enforce guidelines for content style, voice, personality etc
- Execute content creation for marketing programs, SEO, brand campaigns, email marketing and digital marketing
- Own content resources such as blogs, video library, customer testimonials and ensure their placement and promotion
- Collaborate with all other marketing functions Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand etc on their Content needs
Desired Background and skill set:
- Minimum 4 years experience in content writing and marketing
- 2 years experience of managing content teams
- Passion for all forms of content writing and communication
- Excellent communications skills, an eye for detail and design
- Experience with content formats like video, podcasts, social media
- A player coach who can groom other writers and also produce good content themselves
- Excellent project management skills to ensure collaboration with other team members is transparent and effective
- Experience or demonstrable understanding of finance and economics would be a huge plus
- Support B2B sales and other cross-functional teams by creating content assets that could be shared for building stronger relationships and converting sales
