Disney+ Hotstar Premium has one of the latest & biggest libraries of English content, from studios like HBO, Fox, Showtime, and now Disney+ also. The job-to-do is to recruit every English entertainment watcher in the country to become a subscriber of Disney+ Hotstar Premium.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Design marketing strategies to enable exponential subscriber growth and brand building.
- Work with agencies and lead campaign development: Having deep knowledge in running a 360-campaign, from brief creation to communication development & tactical execution (including AV/trailers, digital/social, print and out-of-home).
- Create consumer-insight frameworks to arrive at right propositions and sharp briefs.
- Cross-functional Integration: You will serve as a key voice in assuring marketing, PR, and consumer insights, brand & editorial are speaking with one voice to deliver consistent messaging and build Disney+ Hotstar premium equity, and key title marketing.
WHAT TO BRING :
- Experience between 7-10 years in content/brand marketing in a fast-paced consumer focused business and growing a social audience.
- Experience in working in organizations which have scaled up fast.
- Experience in building brands & category and passion towards English content and digital entertainment.
- Experience in building strategic and creative consumer marketing campaigns, preferably with a background in entertainment (Subscription/TV and/or film) or worked at a top innovative brand, advertising or media agency with an emphasis on Content Marketing or Social Media.
- Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it.
- Strong knowledge of digital ecosystem, current marketing trends in media consumption, marketing opportunities.
- Native understanding of digital with an emphasis on social, video & display and an ability to tell stories through great ideas irrespective of the medium.
