Content Manager - Sports
- Accountable for licensing-out franchise's content to third party companies (licensees) and thus increasing monetization.
- Plan and execute a content strategy in conjunction with Marketing & media team that drives high engagement.
- Formulate the overall strategy, performance parameters, and execution roadmap for the influencer content in conjunction with Marketing & Media team.
- Proactive in identifying new content formats, product innovations, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver on new features, tests, and initiatives.
- Ability to collaborate and work closely with the insights, creative, sales, growth, and product teams to identify and develop new-age content solutions that leverage product features and creatives/content formats together.
- A deep understanding of the digital content and creator landscape with insights into production timelines and delivery processes.
- Collaborate with brands, product, and sales managers to create promotional concepts.
- Actively seek out and engage with business development opportunities by involvement in activities such as email campaigns, scheduling pitch meetings, and attending industry events.
- Present innovative, well-researched, and enterprising business proposals and overview documents for prospective commercial partners. Manage the distribution of content across all channels.
- Track key components of licensing deals including rights, terms, contracts, payment, and creative assets.
- Create custom decks and proposals for all potential licensing pitch meetings.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle by collaborating with other internal teams to develop, propose, close, and deliver on licensing deals.
- Work closely with internal departments (legal department to draft, negotiate and execute content agreements, marketing, and creative services to update and deliver assets, and accounting on payments.)
- Build strategic relationships cross-functionally with Marketing & Media Team, Cricket Operations, Sponsorship counterparts of Group, F&A Team
- To ensure that sponsor requirements are met effectively.
- Coordinate with CEO, Group key stakeholders for Commercial updates, Discussion on Financial Matters, Budget - AOP.
