Content Manager - Media

What you'll do :

- Generate leads, connect and maintain a relationship with writer eco-system

- Understanding, proofreading, editing, and rewriting raw content

- Ability to edit and approve large volumes of script with consistent quality under stringent timelines

- Create monthly plans to ensure regular inflow of new concepts from the writers

- Co-ordinate with Voice Over Artists and Studios for audio production of stories

- End to End ownership of execution of content creation as per weekly/monthly targets

- Tracking performance of the content created and defining appropriate Call-to-Action's

- Optimizing the cost negotiating with external partners and freelancers

- Connect with a lot of people, easily communicate with them, push them to enhance quality output within the deadlines and always have an ear to their issues and resolve them quickly.

- Lead a team of junior editors and production coordinators to maintain smooth end to end operations

Who you are :

- 3-6 years of work experience in Media, Internet, Content, Community management or any role involving the execution of Internet content in any format for Consumers

- Proficient in English and Marathi with experience in handling Marathi Content in any format

- Analytical mindset to identify and quickly solve problems.

- Experience with fictional content with exposure to editing and production

- Excellent communication, written and presentation skills

- Writer, Editor, Storyteller or someone who has worked in content writing and creation
