- Build & Manage teams for high-quality Content Creation (mix of synchronous and asynchronous content) - starting with engineering courses within timelines and budget.
- Conduct preliminary research, project planning, and budgeting
- Lead and manage the content team to ensure smooth production of content.
- Build and implement processes to drive efficiencies and reduce costs.
- Strategize and design Content Plan and Roadmap for higher education programs.
- Develop a vision and curriculum for new programs - by conducting in-depth SME (Subject Matter Experts) interviews, research of the primary and secondary TG (Target Group) and the industry, target career outcomes.
- Identify and onboard SMEs through multiple channels, engage them in content creation/teaching activities, and maintain relationships.
- Collaborate with and manage key stakeholders - business teams, video production teams, partners (universities, companies, SMEs, industry experts, vendors), leadership teams, etc.
- Manage and own post-publishing activities like content feedback analysis, learning analytics, students-performance analysis in interviews/tests to measure students learning and content efficacy.
- Review new and existing content, and steadily build and innovate the Content Library of Impartus(now called Upgrad Campus) for the Higher Education sector.
