Content Manager (Learning & Development)
Job Description:
- Need Analysis: Identify learning objectives and assess audience requirements to develop targeted training materials.
- Content Development: Create relevant and engaging instructional materials, including presentations, documents, and videos.
- Multimedia Integration: Incorporate various media formats, such as graphics, animations, and videos, to enhance the learning experience.
- Adaptability: Adjust content based on learner feedback and evolving stakeholder needs to ensure effectiveness.
- Technology Integration & LMS Administration: Utilize e-learning platforms and tools to enhance digital learning experiences.
- Responsible for creating, managing, and enabling content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
Additional Responsibilities:
Domain Related Content:
- Develop content related to life insurance and other banking and financial products using tools like PowerPoint, Word, and video creation software (e.g., Articulate, Vyond).
Learning Architectures:
- Familiarity with various learning architectures and methodologies to design effective learning programs.
Skill & Behavioral Programs:
- Ideate and create skill and behavioral development programs based on instructional design principles.
Stakeholder Liaison:
- Act as a liaison between sales and training stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
Instructional Design Principles:
- Demonstrate a fair understanding of instructional design principles and the models.
