Content Manager - Learning & Development
Job Responsibilities:
- Help in research and content creation in the areas of leadership, teamwork and motivation
- Create presentations, videos, proposals and pitch decks
- Help curate content for social media / independently manage digital presence
- Manage content: Archive content and retrieve on demand
- Liaise directly with clients and partners
- Work closely with an author, speaker, and leadership coach
Candidate Attributes:
- MBA preferably with a specialization in HR
- Strong PowerPoint and video editing skills
- Outstanding communication skills - both written and oral
- Experience in training / Learning & Development would be an advantage
- Interest in Reading - specifically business and management literature
- Must be a self-starter, curious, and a willing learner
