Profile Summary:

We are looking for candidates who will be into content development or instructional design. Need a person who is an insurance guy for content (life & health). He will be responsible for Creating Content for providing training to Front Line Sales team like, how Sales, Product and Process works, etc.

Job Context:

- Developing marketing strategies for digital content, such as creating email campaigns or social media posts

- Writing blog posts, eBooks, articles, or other materials that are relevant to the company's products or services

- Editing text and images to ensure they follow with the company's brand guidelines

- Managing the production team to maintain the highest possible video standards to deliver

- Creating infographics to illustrate complex concepts in simple ways

- Creating and updating a website to attract customers to the company's products or services

- Conducting research on topics related to the company's products or services to create content for blogs, websites, and other marketing materials

- responsible for the formation and delivery of the video content strategy for website, app, social media and digital ad creatives

- Evaluating new technologies and suggesting ways to incorporate them into existing strategies

- Researching and analyzing industry trends to identify new opportunities for the company to capitalize on

- Experience managing editors, camera people and ancillary production staff

- Knowledge of emerging trends in media and content
