Content Manager - Bluechip - Global VC Fund
Key responsibilities will include:
Content Planning, Strategy & Creation:
- Collaborate with US content team and investment teams locally to gather insights for creating impactful content calendar.
- Spearhead all efforts in creating high-quality, engaging content including reports, blog posts, case studies, and social media campaigns.
- Iterate on content strategies based on data insights to continuously improve performance.
- Work closely with global marketing team in US to increase brand visibility for BVP India.
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all online and offline channels - website, social media, on ground events, collaterals etc.
Social Media:
- Lead the BVP India' social media efforts (mainly Linkedin & Twitter) including content creation, community management, and analytics.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns directly or liaise with an agency to enhance brand awareness, engage with audience, and drive traffic to the BVP India' digital platforms.
Performance Measurement:
- Conduct thorough research, stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and emerging marketing trends to make informed content decisions.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of brand communication, social media, events initiatives etc.
- Analyse data and provide regular reports to evaluate the success of initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Desired skills and experience:
- 8-12 years of demonstrated experience in brand marketing, content, and social media and with leading B2B startups, VC/PE firms.
- Proven ability to develop brand and organic marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Experiences in sourcing and writing content for different communication channels, understanding, and adapting style to the purpose of each channel, and ensuring consistency with the company's identity and narratives.
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative bent of mind is a must for this role.
- Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapt quickly to changes, and demonstrate resilience and agility in decision-making.
- Fluency in communication and clarity in articulation.
- Be flexible and have good interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders from different professions, countries, and cultures.
Reporting :
The position will report to Head of Platform in India.
Location :
Bangalore with occasional travel as required (e.g., meeting portfolio companies, events etc)
