Content Manager Job Description : - Managing the annual content programme and responsible for developing, creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our business goals - Conduct user tests to gauge content effectiveness. - Gathering data and make recommendations based on those results - Conceptualize content topics and format across the digital assets which users are interested in and come up with new & engaging content - Collaborate with designers, product marketing, and external influencers to produce relevant content that meets the needs of key stakeholders and customers - Deliver compelling content around related business topics that drive internal and external engagement - resulting in leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics - Optimize all content for SEO to better reach; measure and improve content programs. - Track analytics to understand content performance, efficacy in engaging readers/customers. - Work with various content agencies to drive content ideation & creation; QC of content before release - Produce engaging and high-quality written content such as blogs, white papers, infographics, and work on creating a periodical newsletter digest for the content
