Job Title : Content Manager
Reporting To : Head of Digital Marketing
Location: Pune
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Communications / Journalism / a related field.
Experience Required : Overall 7 years' experience in Marketing and 5+ years' hands-on experience in content creation/management, preferably in automotive or related industry.
Overview - This person will be responsible for developing, curating, and managing all content related to our brand, products, and services across various digital (and other) platforms. The primary focus will be on creating engaging and compelling content that resonates with our target audience, aligning with our brand voice and values. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure content consistency, accuracy, and relevance across channels.
Job Description & Key Result Areas:
- Content Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives and marketing initiatives.
- Content Creation and Curation: Create, edit, and manage high-quality content for multiple platforms such as websites, social media, outdoor, print and more.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and voice across all content and platforms.
- Content Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, derive insights, and optimize strategies for improved engagement and conversion.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, product, and sales teams to ensure content aligns with overall business goals.
Competencies/Skills/Knowledge:
Functional:
- Content Development: Proven experience in developing diverse content types including articles, blogs, videos, infographics, etc.
- Proven Expertise in either 'graphic design' OR 'copywriting' background.
- Platform Expertise: Familiarity with various content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.

- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and generate innovative content ideas.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in cross functional teams.
