About the Role:
- SolarSquare is a category defining brand in the residential solar category. Our mission is to be the voice of authority on residential solar in India and be the first and biggest consumer brand in this space. As a content marketing manager, you get to be part of this brand building journey for a category leader.
- We want to simplify solar and create mass awareness through powerful and easy to understand content. You should be excited about creating and optimizing content across several touchpoints - alongside our Marketing Team. Whether it's an email, a video, an ad, a social media post or a blog - you'll ensure we are on brand, comprehended by our target audience and are positioned to convert.
- As a content function, you'll provide support to our Sales, Product, Customer Service, and Growth teams. You'll have an opportunity to collaborate across the business, ensuring that copy is effective and consistent across channels.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with content team to develop content roadmap and strategy
- Create content across mediums. Whether it's a Facebook ad, a web page, an email communication, a newspaper ad, hoarding or a video script - you'll connect the narrative across channels.
- Recycle and translate content to expand our reach and impact
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to gather customer insights and tailor content for effectiveness
- You should be comfortable in interacting with customers and stakeholders to extract meaningful insights which drive our content strategy
Skills you will need:
- Years experience writing, including telling a great story, building the reader's trust, and persuading them to take the next step
- Experience in Handeling a team.
- Familiarity with various digital media genres and platforms
- Have a creative flair and know how to capture an audience's attention
- Deadline driven with strong time management skills
- Ability to coordinate across teams and solve problems swiftly
