Beauty Startup - Content & Editorial Head - Female - Media Experience

A 3 month old start-up in the Indian beauty and wellness space is looking for a founding team member in a content - creation, management and editorial - role.

We have a mobile and web platform which will enable consumers to discover and book beauty and wellness services, and also empower salons, spas and individual beauticians to function more efficiently. Content

The current team is from IIM Calcutta and has past startup experience. The startup is mentored by a tier-1 VC.

We are looking for an enthusiastic or experienced Content head, who can

- Set up our content curation and creation operations from team to process

- Provide structure in the form of SOPs, deliverables etc

- Use analytics to identify and optimize content-related and business goals

- Drive data driven strategies as needed to help achieve goals

We are looking for candidates who will fit in an early startup culture and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to the table. You need to act independently, and execute with speed.

As this is a beauty and wellness service, we have a preference for candidates who are familiar with and use beauty services like salons and spas regularly. Enthusiastic female premier school graduates/post graduates with strong editorial experience are ideal.

Location: Mumbai

Compensation: Attractive early stage equity based remuneration with a low cash component as applicable for founding team member profiles.
