Content Development & Instructional Design

Position open for Dy Manager/Manager with a MNC in Electrical/switchgears.

JD-

- Manage all aspects of a training project including defining scope, developing training briefs, constructing training plans, to rolling it out to trainers globally.

- Developing training content (WBTs/ILTs/e-modules)

- Converting information provided by the SMEs and Process Owners into knowledge by using ID models

- Develop web based, computer based, eLearning and instructor led training.

- Create job aids and tools/resources (online, print or other) that supplement training.

- Modify training approach as necessary to continually improve training content and delivery.

- Develop and cultivate strong working relationships with outsource partners, as well as internal teams such as Support R&D team.
