Primary Responsibilities:
Responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Develop a content strategy that encompasses the goals of a company and aligns with the company's image
- Create and oversee targeted content for the company's channels as per guidelines
- Coordinate with the teams to create content and monitor its effectiveness over time
- Manage the daily activities of a content team composed of writers, graphic designers, videographers, and other industry professionals
- Maintain a content marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content throughout the year
- Use target keywords to write search-engine copy that is optimized for search engines (SEO) while remaining entertaining and informative
- Plan and direct marketing campaigns
- Manage an organization's website and maintain it, keeping best practices in mind
- Stay abreast of current best practices in the industry and review competitor websites to compare their activities with those of your company
- Optimize content for the website and social media platforms
- Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc.
- Track the website traffic flow
- Implement and analyze performance metrics
- Measure and assess goals vis- vis ROI
- Device experiments and conversion tests
- Provide internal reports on a regular basis.
Skills and Competencies:
- 10 to 12 years of relevant experience and a good understanding of digital marketing facets inclusive of storytelling, creatives, events, and digital product. Exposure to working in an organization involved in Insurance or Finance Domain would be an added advantage.
- High quality written and verbal communication skills, strong listening skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to interact with all levels in the organization
- Ability to conceive fresh and appealing ideas for new content that establishes or supports the company's brand identity
- Expertise with using SEO best practices to write creative copy that includes effective keyword placement
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a good command of the English language
- Extremely computer literate, especially with how to write, interpret, and edit content/scripts
- Team player with strong communication and presentation skills and also able to manage medium size teams
- Advanced written communication skills and an ability to read copy in English
- Experience with social media engagement strategies and best practices
- Strong skills in creating original content that targets a specific audience and meets company objective
- Good knowledge of MS Office, social media tools, and WordPress
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree : Bachelor/Master
Licenses/Certificate
NA - Any professional certification on Digital marketing will be an added advantage.

- Position will report into the Business Delivery Manager - GSC Marketing.
