Chief Operating Officer

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy.

- Build and manage strategic partnership with external parties and Partner with internal stakeholders to drive operational excellency.

- Standardize the internal management process and improve the current processes.

- Set up business processes, procedures and policies through in-depth evaluation, and execution of continuous improvements in standard practices and quality control.

- Drive change in operating models and challenging the existing processes to device strategies.

- Balance multiple program/projects from initiative to closure by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

- Define project scope, objectives, and governance in collaboration with management and business partners.

- Actively lead project scope and objectives against quality standards, targets and budgets.

- Plan, manage and track project delivery breakthroughs, resources, timeline, and budget.

- Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and issues as well as actively track / drive respective mitigations.

- Ensuring that all processes and services are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Strategizing and implementing initiatives focusing on improvements in cost, control, capacity, client service and cycle time.

- Funnel Management/Solution Management/ Delivery/Fulfillment.

- Working closely with the Product/Tech Team to ensure a smooth GTM and After Sales

Job Essentials:

To qualify, the potential "Chief Operating Officer" should meet the following criteria:

- MBA from Tier 1 Institute.

- Communicate and maintain trust relationships with stakeholders, business partners and authorities.

- Experience of managing P&L.

- Open mindset and looking for learning opportunities.

- Driven, meticulous, delivery-oriented, problem solver, great communicator.

- Industry preference : Fintech/Payments/Digital Payments/Digital Lending
