Segments - Consumer Intelligence Manager
Role & Responsibility:
- Responsible for driving consumer intelligence within the Organised Retail category - personalised commerce and consumer engagement business.
- Design & execute predictive CRM analytics & decision science solutions - unearthing customer behaviour patterns and inherent trends using a wide range of tools comprising predictive modelling, cluster analysis, decision trees etc.
- Deliver on KPIs related to product/offer targeting, campaign targeting, and personalisation.
- Analyze campaign insights and their use in improving analytics and personalisation.
- Generate actionable insights and make final business presentations for review by business heads and leads.
- Institutionalize practices for data preparation, data warehousing & MDM
Qualification and skill sets required.
- Graduate in any specialization and MBA/PGDM in Marketing with 5+ years of experience in competitive intelligence or business analytics
- Experience in using research and market data to draw consumer insights and derive marketing plans, qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis
- Working knowledge of statistical techniques to determine trends and patterns: regression modelling, segmentation, correlations etc.
- Working knowledge of analytics/data-visualisation software e.g. Tableau, Spotfire or R-shiny
