CI - Consumer Intelligence Head
Role & Responsibility:
- Responsible for leading consumer intelligence within the personalised commerce and consumer engagement business
- Overall responsibility for strategy, planning and execution of data-driven insights, consumer segmentation, product/offer matching, personalisation, and campaign insights.
- Designs strategies for both rule-based personalisation, as well as machine-learning personalisation
- Owns consumer insights driven from analytics and research, and their integration into JioPrime activities in marketing, product and technology
- Develops campaign insights and their use in improving analytics and personalisation
Candidate Qualification and skill sets:
- BE/ BTech, MBA
- 6-8 years of relevant functional experience
- 3-5 years- experience in leading business insights & analytics business/capability
- Proven experience in identifying and using consumer insights to grow businesses, ideally related to ecommerce or other digital commerce platforms.
- Good understanding and prior hands-on experience in data warehousing, customer segmentation, predictive analytics, data visualisation, and consumer insights.
- Good understanding of solutions, architectures and best practices related to digital/online commerce data, consumer analytics and personalisation.
